Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FLYING ANGEL FOUNDATION, accessible at https://flyingangel.in/, we are committed to transparency and ethical practices in all our charitable activities, including donations, sponsorships, and services. We operate with utmost integrity and care.

1. Donations – Non-Refundable

All donations made to FLYING ANGEL FOUNDATION are final and non-refundable. Your support helps us uplift underprivileged communities, animals, and the environment.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Voluntary contributions/donations
• Crowdfunded campaigns or sponsored drives
• Event participation where the registrant chooses not to attend

If you've made a duplicate donation, contact us at flyingangel2501@gmail.com within 7 days. Refunds (if applicable) may be initiated after verification.

2. Cancellations – Events & Campaigns

• Request cancellation at least 48 hours before any registered event, workshop, or campaign.
• No cancellations accepted after that period.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Error Transactions

If you face any technical issue during payment and the amount is deducted without a confirmation:

• Send us the Transaction ID
• Date and amount of payment
• Your name, email, or phone number

We will verify and resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Discretionary Refunds

In rare and exceptional situations, discretionary refunds may be issued at the sole decision of the Trust management after thorough review.
